You can count on Pullach - and on us too!

When a municipality says: "We have a little problem" - and this "little problem" is called a shortage of skilled workers in daycare centers - then things get exciting in our office. This was also the case this time, when the Pullach municipality knocked on our door. Mission: a campaign that not only appeals to nursery teachers, but literally conjures them up. Spoiler: Witchcraft was allowed, but we preferred to rely on our creative craft.

From building block to big idea

How do you explain that Pullach is a great place to work and live? Exactly - with colorful building blocks! After all, all good things in life start with games, right? We worked closely with the municipal administration to meet the specific needs and goals of the campaign and developed the slogan "You can build on Pullach. And Pullach builds on you." and packed the whole thing into a likeable image film, spoken by a small (but very convincing) child's voice.

The requirement was clear: not a hackneyed recruiting spot, but a loving, honest portrait. With charm, heart and a pinch of seriousness - after all, it is about nothing less than the future of our little ones.

Social media? Of course!

Of course, the movie alone was not enough for us. We wanted the campaign to spread virally - or at least regionally. So we developed suitable social media posts and stories for Instagram, Facebook and the like, always with the thought: "How would we ourselves be lured to Pullach when looking for a job?" (A little tip: good childcare and mountains nearby help enormously).

Fittingly: a dedicated landing page kitajobs-pullach.de, where interested parties can not only find more information, but also see that Pullach really has something going for it - and is committed to the people who accompany our children.

Our conclusion: favorite project alert!

Sometimes there are projects that just fit. Pullach and us - it was like building block upon building block. A friendly team on the customer side, a clear vision and a willingness to break new ground. The collaboration between Pullach and us has shown how creative and targeted communication can provide new impetus to counteract the shortage of skilled workers. The very successful campaign serves as an example of how municipalities can take innovative paths to attract a lot of new qualified personnel and at the same time strengthen their own image.

And who knows: maybe we'll be building together again soon. Because you can build on Pullach - and on us.
