Campaign by the municipality of Pullach

We were commissioned to implement a recruitment campaign for the small municipality of Pullach in the south of Munich in 2024. From the concept to the finished product and even beyond, everything came from our hands.

In addition to the emotional main film, the 360-degree campaign included a dedicated website with lots of photos and information, social media ads and an analysis and adjustment of the distribution on the Internet.

The attention was not just online, but was also reported on by local and national media.

Since the start of the campaign, we have been able to look back on successful figures with both Meta and Google.
The ads generated almost 1 million impressions in 3 months and the website over 10,000 clicks.
As a result, we received an average of around 20 applications per month, many of which led to an interview.
